She joined the Acorde Consulting team in 2007, after several years working in the human resources and social and market research area. He has led consultancy projects in companies from all sectors of activity developing projects in the areas of management by processes, strategy, implantation of certifiable management systems, service charters, personnel management and leadership, with the latter two being his main areas of specialisation. He has given instruction on subjects related to business management alongside reference bodies.
He is a graduate in Sociology from the University of Deusto and holds a Master in Human Resources and Market Research Techniques. He has been a member of the Euskalit Evaluation Club since 2007 and has taken part in evaluation processes of organisations in different sectors. He is bilingual in Basque and Spanish and has a high level of English.
